A 'Literacy Circle Site License' is for the successful Literacy Circle tutor who has more students than she/he can teach and now needs to hire additional teachers. It allows for in house training by the Site Licensee of new tutors to work for the Site Licensee and trading under the Literacy Circle name and logo. The initial Site License fee is $1,700 inc GST and the annual fee $990.00 inc GST. With accreditation as a ‘trainer’ the Site Licensee can train their own teachers subject to an accreditation fee of $550.00 per Tutor. The'Pre-school License' provides the programmes and pre-school teacher training to ensure that the pre-school students learn the three pre-reading skills of phonemic awareness, alphabet mastery and phonics and are ready for literacy in primary school. The 'Pre School license' is an extension of the 'Site License', with fees dependant on the number of teachers. As with all licencees, the pre-school can on sell Literacy Circle programmes and products at a profit. Any tutoring or educational organisation that wishes to expand the range of programmes offered can become licenced by Literacy Circle to provide the full range of Literacy Circle programmes and products within their existing business. Licenses will be constructed to cover the specific requirements of each organisation and will cover the core elements of training and product support. This License has been specifically designed for schools and other educational organisations in countries where English is a second Language. License arrangements are designed to meet specific requirements of each school. In particular we create teacher and student instructions in the local language The core objective is the training of local teachers by accredited Literacy Circle teachers (native English speaking) so local teachers can deliver the Literacy Circle programmes. In addition to Literacy Circle teacher trainers, programmes are supported by voice, video, virtual conferencing and e-mail.
